Frederick R.M. Smith, QC Frederick R.M. Smith is the Managing Partner of the Freeport office. He was born in Haiti in 1956, graduated from The College of Law in London, England and was called to The Bars of England & Wales (Lincoln's Inn) and The Bahamas in 1977. He has civil trial and appellate litigation practice, and offers negotiation, mediation and Alternate Dispute Resolution services. He also works in Human Rights and Environmental Law. He specializes in transactional matters in Freeport under the Hawksbill Creek Agreement. In October 2009, Smith received the honour of appointment to Queen's Counsel. Arthur K. Parris, Jr. Arthur K. Parris, Jr. was born in 1951 in Nassau and trained as an Articled Law Clerk. He was accepted to The Bahamas Bar in May 1979 and is a member of The Bahamas Bar Association. He practices Corporate and Commercial Law, Conveyancing, Banking Law, Licensing, Immigration Law, Property Development and Resort Acquisitions.
