Cartwright Llewellyn Cartwright is a graduate of the University of Buckingham (LL.B., Honours), University of Westminster, London, England (Utter Barrister) and Everglades University (Masters Aviation Science). Turnquest Lenise Turnquest is a graduate of the College of Mount Saint Vincent, Riverdale, New York (B.A., Business Administration and Human Resources Management), BPP Law School, Leeds, England (LL.B.), University of Leeds, Leeds, England (Master of Laws) and University of Miami, Miami, Florida (Master of Business Administration, International Business & Corporate Management). She was admitted into the Bar of England and Wales and The Bahamas Bar. Turnquest is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, the Bahamas Bar Association and the Society of Trust and Estate Practioners. Turnquest is a recent addition to the firm and specializes in civil litigation, real estate, wills, personal injury, corporate law, commercial law, estate planning, estate administration and wealth planning. Bryinda K. K. Carroll Bryinda Carroll was born in Nassau, Bahamas in 1978. She has a broad formal education background with a Bachelor’s degree in Economic History and Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Masters degree in International Finance from both CERAM Graduate School of Management in France and the University of Westminster in London, England and a law degree from BPP Law School, United Kingdom. Carroll was called to both the English and Bahamian Bars in 2004. Her practice areas include Commercial & Civil Litigation, Conveyancing, Divorce and Matrimonial Law, Personal Injury, Environmental and Admiralty Law. She is a member of The Bahamas Bar Association and the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Courtney L. Pearce Courtney Pearce received her B. A. in International Politics from Colgate University in New York. She went on to study at the University of Buckingham where she graduated with Upper Second Class Honours in 2005. During her year at Bar School, Ms. Pearce was very active in the Pro Bono Legal Advice Centre of the College of Law and negotiated a settlement between her clients and their local Council in a property dispute. Pearce was called to the Bar in England and Wales in July 2006; and to the Bahamian Bar in December 2006. She currently works alongside Mr. Michael Scott in litigation and looks forward to developing her specialization in Corporate and Trust Law.
