 Born in Nassau in 1953, Lester James Mortimer, Jr. earned his B.A. from Dillard University in May 1975. That same month, he was accepted to The Bar of England & Wales, (Lincoln’s Inn). Mortimer was accepted to The Bahamas Bar in October 1978 and is a member of The Bahamas Bar Association.
